1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or circumstances beyond our control. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
2. Pricing
All prices are in AED and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery and packaging fees are shown at checkout. No hidden charges apply.
3. Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:
• Order not accepted but payment was charged
• Wrong or incomplete order received
• Food arrived spoiled or unfit for consumption
• Duplicate payment made
Refunds are not issued for:
• Change of mind after preparation has started
• Wrong address entered by the customer
• Unanswered delivery calls
• Taste or personal preference
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before food preparation begins. Once preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Refund Timeframes
Card payments: 5–14 business days. Digital wallets: as per provider. Cash orders: store credit or bank transfer as agreed.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for reasonable delays but will do our best to resolve any major issues.
7. Allergens
Our kitchen is a shared environment. Customers with allergies must inform us before ordering. We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation unless confirmed in advance.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Please provide accurate delivery details and remain reachable during delivery. Incorrect information or missed calls may affect delivery and refund eligibility.
